For the last 15 years the world has been changed a lot, the animation movie has been changed as well. I can’t remember when is the first time I go the theater to watch the first animation movie, but I do remember that the first animation movie I ever watch is Toy Story 2, I was stunned by the quality of the movie at first, especially the lighting and the animation, it is so real and nature. It was year 1999.

10 years after, I watched every single Pixar’s movie, short film and documentary movie since I watched Toy Story 2. In fact what Pixar attract me isn’t because of the quality of the animate anymore, it is more than that. What I can about Pixar is the company really love movie, they don’t treat animation movie as other studio, it is not just a cartoon; the magic be hide Pixar is the story, they can really make the Characters alive. I mean some movie is good, you can have fun during the movie, but you just forget the story right after leave the theater, but not for most Pixar movies.

In past three years , Pixar released three movies, Wall-e, UP, and Toy story 3. Three of them are not just a regular cartoon movies anymore, compare to Dreamwork, the story plot and meaning of Pixar movies are blowing Dreamwork out of the way. Sometime people questioning about what is good movie, I think good movie is make people feel they are in the characters, and the characters represent the audience, that’s how make people think it is a good movie, and Pixar crew did a terrific job on their movie and they knew what is the best to the audience, because they are one of them.

Thats why I pretty agree that technology is not destroying the art, they have to live together, work together, because what’s beauty inside the technology is get art involved into technology(look at Apple’s design, not by just outlooking). When artists get the technology they are do more, and go even further, thats why they called art challenge technology, technology inspire art.

Story about who I met in China…. it was copy from my bb messenger… lol, sentences are kinda broken.

It was a cloudy day, I was rushing to get back to Hong Kong. I got off the bus and walked up to the bridge, suddenly a guy stopped me and hold my hand and told me that he is from canada, his wallet got stolen. I can’t ignore him, because he blocked my way so I have to stop and listen his story.

First I looked throw his outfit, ‎​well his outfit really looks like a traveller, suddenly he gave me a “gold” ring, it is kinda heavy, typically gold ring won’t that heavy, he started bagging me for 80 bucks; So I asked him one more time in chinese, are you really from canada? And he said yes he is. Oh Canadian, I started speaking english ‎​Oh poor you u lose your wallet, so why don’t u go to the canadian embassy, they can help you with it. He just don’t understand what I just said…… and kept bagging me, I just use the same tone to tell him to go to canadian embassy, about minute later…. he started giving me his cell phone and bagging me for 40 I guess…. ‎​I mean he’s really demanding  in 40 bucks;

Suddently I thought, hey you have passport right, you don’t need money to get across the bridge…. you only need the stupid passport. So I suggested him to get across the bridge first,  I said u have passport right? You have it don’t u.

That’s the funny part, he showed me a fake passport, and said he just came back from south asia…. Well if u look at what he got, you must roll on floor and laugh….. And I said wow… Nice! You have a passport. So Go to canadian embassy after you across the border and they can help you to fix it.

At last he keep demanding money….. And he said can u give me 10 bucks??I really want to leave, cus that guy really like a piece of crap lol…. Yea, but I don’t have cash do u accept AE?

Suddenly time pass just like a rocket, I woke up this morning and think oh it has been three years already, and everything has been changed….. Anyway, I hope more to come, six year, nine years…. and so on.
